Leptos Group and Roberto Cavalli create a 30-storey complex by the sea – “Cavalli Tower”

Leptos Group and Roberto Cavalli create a 30-storey complex by the sea – “Cavalli Tower”

Limassol has become the site for the unique Cavalli Tower project, the cost of which is estimated at €200 million. Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli, together with the developer Leptos Group, is building a 30-storey high-rise on the first line of the sea in the city centre. This is the first branded Cavalli residential project not only in Cyprus, but also in the entire Mediterranean.

The tower is located just a few steps from the marina and commercial area of Limassol. The architectural appearance of the building is designed by the Benoy bureau , and the interiors are created by the creative team of Roberto Cavalli. The spacious apartments have panoramic windows, large terraces and smart home systems.

The high-rise is divided into three levels: luxury, upper luxury and super-luxury . All residences have sea views, designer finishes and access to premium amenities.

Residents will have access to :

  • 50-meter panoramic swimming pool with sea view;
  • a 1,150 m² wellness centre with an indoor pool, spa and gym;
  • a cinema, a business center and recreation rooms for owners ;
  • landscaped gardens, which occupy 70% of the total area of the project.

The concept also includes a high level of service: from cleaning and interior styling to a personal trainer, event organization, and even medical support.

Impact on the real estate market

The launch of Cavalli Tower coincides with a period of record activity in the Cyprus residential property market, with the number of transactions growing by 15% in the first half of 2025 alone. Limassol continues to be a major magnet for foreign investors, thanks to its combination of business infrastructure and resort lifestyle.

According to Leptos Group President Pantelis Leptos, the project “doesn’t just offer apartments, but opens a new chapter in the history of Mediterranean luxury.” Roberto Cavalli representatives note that the residential complex will be a logical continuation of the brand’s philosophy: from the catwalk to unique living spaces.

Construction of Cavalli Tower has already begun and is expected to be completed within three years. The project completes the residential part of the large-scale Limassol Blu Marine complex , which is positioned as the new “Riviera of the Eastern Mediterranean”.

The combination of Italian style, modern technology and resort atmosphere makes Cavalli Tower one of the most anticipated new developments in the region and a significant event for the luxury residential property market in Cyprus.
