Noting an upward trend in real estate sales, the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Registration Board notes the excellent performance of the Larnaca area in the first half of 2023.
According to Land Registry data cited by the Property Registration Board, Larnaca recorded strong performance in the first half of the year in four main property categories (houses, apartments, plots, fields), outperforming the Paphos region and nearby Nicosia.
A notable indicator of the course of the market in the Larnaca area is its dominance in apartment sales. Of particular interest is that of all apartments sold, 627 were in Larnaca , which corresponds to 28.7% of the total apartment sales.
