Kition Tower , centrally located on Grigoris Avenue Oxentiou in Larnaca will be a 23-story high-rise residential complex with 50 residential units ranging from one to five bedrooms.
Psaras Construction , which was building the monumental project, released photos of a recent concrete pour that took place at night.
The new high-rise building in Larnaca , which bears the signature Quality Group , will take the place of the historic Kition Hotel .
Kition Tower is expected to serve as a landmark as it rises at the entrance to Finikoudes Beach Road , overlooking the city.
Amenities include a restaurant, cafe, art gallery, bar, theater and luxury shopping malls.
