The 10 most expensive sales totaled €39 million, of which the most expensive was a €12 million commercial property sale in the Limassol area.
The area with the highest number of properties with the highest sales value was Larnaca, where there were four transactions totaling €13.75 million.
Two districts of Famagusta made it into the top ten; a hotel and a hotel apartment complex with a total value of 5.38 million euros, both of which were located in Paralimni.
In the ten most expensive areas of Paphos and Nicosia, there was one property each.
Top 10 Most Expensive Real Estate Sales in June 2023
- Commercial real estate – 12 million euros in Limassol (Limassol municipality).
- Land – 5.4 million euros in Larnaca (Mazotos).
- Plot – €3.65 million in Larnaca (Pervolia).
- Land – 3.3 million euros in Paphos (Peyia).
- Hotel – 3.28 million euros in Famagusta (Paralimni).
- Land – €2.5 million in Larnaca (Livadia).
- Multifunctional building – 2.32 million euros in Nicosia (Lakatamia).
- Offices – 2.3 million euros in Limassol (Limassol municipality).
- Land – 2.2 million euros in Larnaca (Municipality of Larnaca).
- Tourist apartments – 2.1 million euros in Famagusta (Paralimni).
Nearly 60% of the top 50 most expensive properties were in the top 20 best sellers in the Limassol and Larnaca areas. The top 10 in Limassol sold for €25.65 million (32%) and the top 10 in Larnaca sold for €19.7 million (25%).
The ten most expensive properties sold in the Nicosia area had a significantly lower total value of €13.45m, followed by Paphos (€11.8m) and Famagusta (€8.5m).
