INEX’s new project in Paphos: 12-building Navie residential complex for €25 million

INEX announced the start of construction of the residential complex Navie , which will be located in the municipal area of Agia Marinouda in the area of Ierokipia in Paphos. The project has already received approval from the Department of Environment and will be one of the largest examples of residential real estate in the region.

Navie will unite 12 modern buildings with apartments and townhouses . The architectural solutions are inspired by the natural landscape and are aimed at the harmony of urban life and proximity to nature. In total, the complex will have 105 apartments:

  • 17 single beds,
  • 52 double bedrooms,
  • 33 three-bedroom,
  • 3 four-bedrooms.

The maximum capacity of the complex will be 337 residents. The buildings will be constructed from two to four floors with a maximum height of about 15 meters.

Navie will offer residents modern living conditions:

  • five pools of varying capacity (the volume of three pools will be 24 cubic meters each, and the volume of two pools will be 147 cubic meters each);
  • a gym in building G, accessible to all residents;
  • private parking for 146 cars ;
  • private road with sidewalk areas;
  • green areas and public space with an area of more than 4,000 sq. m.

For environmentally friendly operation, an underground biological treatment complex of the third level with a capacity of up to 120 cubic meters per day will be built.

The total cost of the project is estimated at €25 million. Construction will take about two years from the date of issuance of the permit. The total area of the site is almost 26 thousand square meters, part of which is allocated for roads, infrastructure and public areas.
