One of the main shopping streets of Nicosia will be decorated with a new residential complex, which is being prepared by Cyfield. This is Stasikratous Residences, a high-rise residential tower of a special shape.
According to the company that took over the construction work, it is a residential project with a slim silhouette, incorporating the existing architectural heritage of Nicosia.
It is also worth noting that today it will be the second tallest building in the capital, after 360 Nicosia, on Makariou Avenue.
The complex will have a height of 102 meters and will consist of 26 floors.
As reported, Stasikratous Residences will feature 46 luxurious two and three bedroom apartments, which will be built specifically for those who seek to live in the bustle of the city without sacrificing peace and comfort.
Like 360 in Makariou, the Stasikratous project is expected to feature luxurious and elegant spaces in line with apartment building standards in the city’s main shopping streets.
