Lindorie Company Trading Ltd announced the start of construction of a major project in the Limassol area, in the municipal area of Mouttagiaka of the Municipality of Amathus. According to the presented data, it is planned to build a modern residential development with a total investment value of approximately 14 million euros . The project implementation period will be approximately 24 months from the start of construction works.
The complex will include:
- Basement (-1 level) : parking and utility rooms.
- Ground floor (0) : reception area , warehouses, technical rooms, children’s playground, swimming pool and parking and driveways for vehicles.
- Technical level (1) : engineering systems and warehouses.
- Residential floors (2–11) :
- 2nd floor: 20 one- bedroom studio apartments and utility rooms.
- 3rd–8th floors: 6 two-bedroom apartments (on each floor).
- 9th floor: 4 two-bedroom apartments.
- 10th–11th floors: 2 three-bedroom apartments (on each floor).
- Roof (12th level) : engineering equipment.
The complex will have 116 parking spaces , 6 of which are for people with disabilities. Access to and from the development site will be via Costas Monti Street.
The total development area will be 5,967 sq. m , the coverage area is 1,776 sq. m , the height of the building is about 54 meters . It is expected that about 100 people will live in the complex, and several jobs will be created. It is also assumed that about 20 guests will be able to visit it daily.
According to the project, the building will be provided with its own EAC substation for electricity supply and photovoltaic panels that will be able to cover up to 25% of energy needs.
It is also envisaged to create a green zone of 1,254 square meters along the Limassol-Nicosia motorway. This zone will act as a “buffer zone” to reduce the impact of the road on the proposed development.
Experts note that the project fits into the existing tourist and residential development of the area, and its architectural solution will avoid excessive shading of neighboring areas.
New residential real estate in the Limassol area will be a modern project with convenient infrastructure, environmentally friendly solutions and a high level of architectural planning, which will increase the attractiveness of the area for residents and investors.
