Various office buildings are being built in Cyprus to house businesses. Basically, the construction concerns business centers , high-rise buildings and towers in various areas of Cyprus, with most of them being built in Limassol.

The Loop
Construction work is underway on Cyfield’s new building, The Loop. The project is located on Kallipoleos Avenue and involves spacious and modern office space with all the technological infrastructure and fully meeting the current needs of the business.
The advantage of this building is that there is a shop on the lower floors, which can be used as a promotion point for your business. Loop premises are offered to businesses both for rent and purchase.
Office complex near the port of Larnaca
The new construction of an office building in Larnaca and, in particular, near the Chrysopolitissa quarter, contributes to the development of the city.
The proposed development is being prepared by CCSRE and involves the construction of a tall 6-storey office building with two basements on a plot of 347 sq.m.
The complex is located on Archbishop Makariou III Avenue, between Salaminos and Marathonos streets, about 500 meters east of the center of Chrysopolitissa and 30 meters west of the coastline. To the northeast and at a distance of 500 meters is the port of Larnaca.
It is expected that the building will be able to accommodate an average of 80 people, and its opening will create about 30 new jobs.
Тriangle
A permit for the construction and operation of the Triangle was obtained from the Environmental Protection Agency. This is a new office complex in Limassol, namely in the Agios Stylianos quarter of the municipality of Agios Athanasios, close to the roundabout and 2.2 km from the sea. The owner company is BH High Cross, and the cost of the project, according to the study, is 9,750,000 euros.
The proposed project involves the construction of a seven-storey residential complex with a total area of 3,650 sq.m., a modern, functional and comfortable building. The building will house various businesses, and office space will be sold or leased.
Avalanti Tower
The construction of a new tower in Limassol, intended for a business center , is underway. This is the Avalanti Tower, designed to provide high-quality, high-tech office space that will cater to large companies and start-ups alike.
Avalanti Tower, created by the Ghelamco Group, is located close to the Limassol marina, specifically at the corner of Omonias and Franklin Roosevelt avenues. In total, the business center will have 12 floors, and the total area will be 5,000 sq.m.
According to the schedule, construction work will begin in the first quarter of 2024, with a building permit already received. Owner of Avalanti Holdings Limited, part of the Ghelamco group.
13-storey building on the beach of Limassol
Opposite the Department of the Environment will be a new multi-storey building on the beach of Limassol. In particular, the proposed project concerns the construction of a purely office complex of 13 floors in the municipality of Agios Athanasios, on a plot of land that is adjacent to Theophilou Georgiades Street to the north and Promachonas Eleftherias Avenue to the south (Limassol coastline).
According to an environmental impact study submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency, the estimated cost of the project is approximately 20 million euros.
The 13-story building will also include a basement, mezzanine and underground floor, as well as three parking levels (one basement and two underground) for a total of 336 parking spaces.
The Great Ocean Building
“The Great Ocean Building” will be the new office building of the Limassol Municipality.
The development concerns a building exclusively for office purposes, which will consist of 19 floors above ground and one basement floor. It is expected that construction work on the project will begin after receiving all permits and will take approximately 2.5 years.
Mandarin Park
Currently, work is underway on a new tower that will decorate Germasogeia. Mandarin Park is being built on a piece of land that used to be a building abandoned for many years in the Mairoz area. A 71-meter tower with 16 floors will be erected, built by Mandarin Park Mediterranean LTD.
The construction cost of Mandarin Park is estimated at 16.385.000 euros, according to an environmental study submitted in 2019 to the Department of the Environment.
Mandarin Park is a mixed development with commercial and office space as well as residential development.
