The first and main phase of construction of Limassol Del Mar has recently been completed. This building with unique architecture adorns the coastal part of Limassol. This 35,000 sqm development is the result of a consortium of two Cypriot companies, the Leptos and D.Zavos groups.
The project provides all the services of a five-star hotel, such as 24-hour room service, indoor and outdoor pools, spa and gym. Le Plaza Del Mar (ground floor of the building) will house 31 stores, including two restaurants that are expected to open soon.
In addition to the above amenities, suites and apartments furnished with exclusive Gianfranco Ferré Home furniture are available for sale and rent.
At the same time, project directors Pantelis Leptos and Michalis Zavos, co-chairman of the Leptos group and first executive director of the group D. Zavos, respectively, tell InBusiness TV about the difficult situation caused by the pandemic, which coincided with the construction of the project.
At the same time, the directors of Limassol Del Mar cite how the project has helped improve the country’s financial results.
