Construction work is ongoing at Ararat Grand Residences, a 27-story tower to be built on the eastern side of Limassol’s coastal road. The project consists of 17 luxury apartments and a five-story ultra-luxury penthouse, which is looking for a buyer.
On the first floor of the tower there will be a square leading to a gourmet restaurant, spa with sauna and hammam. There will also be a cigar lounge with a bar, a wine cellar and various boutiques. In addition, it will include parking spaces for both apartment owners and visitors to the complex.
Approximately 8000 sq. m. on the territory of the complex there will be a semi-Olympic swimming pool (25×10 meters) with a bar, a tennis court, a park and a playground.
How is the work going?
As for the progress of work, earthworks, foundation, frame and columns of the main building have long been completed.
Masonry and plastering work has also been completed, finishing work is underway.
As for the exterior work and individual structures, including the parking slab, the construction work has been completed and finishing work is underway. Work is also underway on the exterior cladding of the building.

The architects are Photiou Architects, QS is A. Demetriades & Partners LLC and the electrical consultants are Primedesign Consulting Engineers Ltd.
