The construction of the Neocleous Tower office complex in Limassol is proceeding strictly according to plan. The building, which features unique architecture and modern design, will become an important milestone for the city’s business infrastructure. Work is currently being completed on the 21st floor, while work is underway up to the 26th floor.
Neocleous Tower is an eco-friendly office building that will offer companies a modern workspace that combines technological innovation and high standards of comfort. Construction on the 20th floor was completed in August, and work continues on the 21st floor, about 95 metres above ground level, with a new roof and external aluminium panels being installed on the lower levels, as well as the installation of engineering and electrical systems.
