Housing prices up during Q3 of 2022

The House Price Index (HPI) recorded an increase of 5.3% in the third quarter of 2022 compared to the same quarter in 2021, according to a preliminary estimate released by the Statistical Office on Tuesday. HPI for Q3 2022 is 112.51 units.

Compared to the second quarter of 2022, the TIN increased by 5.8%.

The House Price Index is a quarterly index that measures the change in average house prices. It covers all types of residential properties, both new and existing. The land part of residential real estate is also included.
