House Price Index down 5.3% in 4Q of 2021

The annual drop in the Cyprus House Price Index (HPI) in Cyprus in the 4th quarter of last year was 5.3%.

According to the preliminary estimate of the Statistical Service of Cyprus, the TIN for the fourth quarter of 2021 is 103.28 units.

Compared to the third quarter of 2021, the TIN decreased by 3.1%, and compared to the Index of the corresponding quarter of 2020, the Index decreased by 5.3%.
