Construction of the first 42 HHP Health apartments underway Park , a large mixed-use development that is set to transform Lakatamia .
HHP Health Park and HHP Residences are the result of a collaboration between Elhadi Holdings with experienced local partners.
The owner of the monumental project is Elhadi Holdings Limited , which owns property in Cyprus and abroad, with investments such as major shopping centers in Poland as well as mixed-use properties in London.
In Cyprus, the company invests in both luxury apartments in Limassol and Nicosia. In particular, HHP Health is developing Park in Lakatamia , an ecosystem of residential and commercial properties that offers a unique combination of medical and educational services, luxury residences, commercial and entertainment spaces.
Elhadi Founder Holdings started its first residential project in Israel over 40 years ago and owns major shopping malls in Poland as well as real estate in London with residential and commercial space.
The mixed-use complex to be created in Lakatamia , surrounded by landscape, has been designed with the well-being, health, safety and quality of life of the people who will work, live, play and visit HHP Health park .
Residences
HHPs have been designed to meet the diverse needs of today’s communities with a focus on providing a sustainable and vibrant environment. The first two houses with 42 apartments (studio, one, two and three bedrooms) should be commissioned by spring 2024.
In particular, a total of 42 residential buildings will be built, divided into 2 buildings, with Italian kitchens, wardrobes, doors and all amenities. At the same time, after the reconstruction and refurbishment of HHP Health Park , the area will include 494 residential units, 20 apartments, with a total area of 3,300 sq.m. professional space.
In addition to the first two buildings, infrastructure work is also underway on 175,000 square meters.
The commercial part of the project will offer a variety of retail and office space options, providing residents with easy access to all their daily needs.
From commercial stores to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, the project is expected to make life easier for residents.
Medical institutions
