At the same time, from December 15, 2022, changes will be made to the procedure for providing certain services in the store.

According to the bank, cash deposits and withdrawals of less than EUR 500 will be made exclusively at ATMs, while deposits from third parties for any amount will not be accepted at cash desks.

It was noted that the unprotected segments of the population, who are not able to use ATMs, will continue to be served as usual through the bank’s cash desks.

Additionally, from November 1, 2022, individual stores, information about which will be posted on the bank’s website, will now offer the following services: operations with foreign banknotes (purchase, withdrawal, deposit), as well as the issuance of checks in foreign currency.

“Hellenic Bank customers can be served through Cyprus’ extensive new generation ATM network 24/7 and perform daily banking operations such as free cash withdrawals and cash deposits with direct deposit to linked accounts or credit cards, checkable deposits, view their account balances to print their IBAN, and much more,” the bank said in a statement.
