There is strong buyer interest in the residential resort of Platres, Guru Mountain Resort, whose available properties are now being actively monitored.
The project is underway and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. It is an organized development by the DTA Group with an investment of up to 98 million euros.
What will it include?
Guru Mountain Resort will consist of seven residential floors, a basement and a mezzanine.
In particular, it will consist of mansions, chalets, residences, as well as apartments and studios. Prices start at €315,000 for studios, €1,950,000 for residences, €2,580,000 for chalets and €3,200,000 for villas.
Guru will offer a variety of amenities for residents and guests, including wellness areas, a fitness center, locker rooms, a pool and dining area, and 24-hour room service. The complex will also include two basements with 182 private parking spaces, warehouses and technical facilities.
