Green Properties invites us on a tour of Wave Residence, an ideal multi-family home consisting of six luxury apartments.
Christiana Marissa Kyriakidou, COO of Green Properties Land Developers, spoke about the Wave Residence project and how it differs from other projects.
As she notes, the architects of the project are Zenonas Zenonos and Eleni Zenonos. The project has been worked out and designed in such a way as to combine the comfort of a private house with an apartment.
The internal space of each apartment is 147 sq.m. and its design has been developed with ergonomics and functionality in mind, with full use of the entire area for the benefit of the owner.
It has comfortable outdoor spaces consisting of terraces and antons with a total area of 86 square meters, as well as an exclusive roof garden space of 90 square meters, which also has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the apartment.
Each apartment in the house has all the necessary characteristics for an energy efficiency certificate, as well as smart features. By installing a KNX system, a resident can remotely control lighting, air conditioning and shading systems from their mobile phone.
Each apartment is made up of excellent quality materials from recognized suppliers, and the building’s façade is mostly clad in alucobond, making it very easy to maintain.
