02.10.2023

It is expected that a new project will be created in Paralimni with an estimated cost of 9.5 million euros, which will consist of 11 tourist villas and aims to further modernize the area.

We are talking about a project by Araltica Properties Ltd , which has received permission for construction and operation from the Department of Environment. The project involves the construction of 11 luxury tourist villas with an area of 150 sq.m. each and in parts with a total area of 9600 sq.m.

The villas will have gardens, swimming pools and unobstructed sea views. The mansions will consist of a basement, ground floor, two floors and a mansard roof. The depth of the basement will be 3.40 meters from the surface of the earth. The villas are expected to accommodate up to 44 people per year.

Also 829 sq.m. of the plot will be used for the construction of the internal road network, and 1316 sq.m. for public green spaces. The total area of the complex is 1,243 sq.m.

Part of the private road will be underground and lead to the car parks of eight residential buildings, while the ground floor will provide parking for the remaining three residential buildings, as well as parking for visitors and disabled people.

It is noted that access to the project will be from Protaras -Cabo Greco Avenue and then from Tasu Isaaca Street.

The estimated implementation period for the project is two years after receipt of all permits. Construction work is expected to begin in 2024 and be completed in 2026.
