The Environmental Protection Agency has given permission for the construction and operation of a new 11-storey office complex in Limassol , close to the marina.
In particular, the development is planned to be carried out on land plots with a total area of 3,817 sq.m. which are adjacent to the Misiauli and Kavazoglu road and are located in the district within the administrative boundaries of the Arnautogeitonia parish of the Limassol municipality, at a distance of 750 meters southeast of Limassol Marina.
According to the schedule, the completion time of the proposed project is estimated at 24 months, provided that there are no delays due to various internal or external factors.
What will the project include?
The project involves the construction of a high-rise building of 11 floors with a total height of 48.05 meters. In particular, the floors will consist of the following premises:
- Underground room with two levels.
- First floor.
- Mezzanine.
- Offices (1-11 floors).
- Roof garden with swimming pool.
- Green spaces.
