The Environmental Protection Agency has given the green light to a new development in the western part of Limassol called “Walton Tower”.
Specifically, it is located on the western borders of the Zakaki parish of the Limassol municipality, about 450 meters north of My Mall, about 150 meters southeast of the Port of Limassol and about 500 meters west of the City of Dream Mediterranean, which is under construction.
Walton Tower is an office and commercial complex owned by Musieko Holdings Ltd.
The commercial building will consist of 7 floors and have a height of 33.64 meters.
It will consist of 12 offices and four stores.
It will also have a single underground two-level car park with 17 parking spaces on each level. It is noted that there will also be parking spaces on the north side of the site, so there will be a total of 50 spaces in the building.
Its total built-up area will be 2,252.54 sq.m , underground space – 732.07 sq.m. and covered areas 465 sq.m.
In particular, the Walton Tower levels will consist of the following spaces:
Offices (1-6 floors)
Underground space with two levels
Ground floor with two shops
Mezzanine with two shops
Recall that the owner company submitted an environmental impact study to the Environmental Protection Agency, and the proposed project was under public consultation.
According to the study, the aim of the project is to cover part of the working and commercial needs of the wider area of the Limassol municipality.
The operation of the Walton Tower is expected to create new jobs and further empower the area by enhancing the socio-economic character of the city.
