Prime Property Group has launched a new international brand that will manage the company’s development projects. bbf (Build Better Future) is committed to the design and development of sustainable living spaces of the future on an international scale.
The company’s portfolio of premium and sustainable living spaces includes, among others, the newly built skyscrapers Sky Tower and Eden Rock in Limassol.
At the same time, plans are being made for the complete renovation of the historic Berengaria Hotel in Prodromos, with renovated rooms, villas, a restaurant, pools and a spa.
It is noted that Prime Property Group will continue to operate as an international real estate agency.
Currently, bbf is building and planning 45 projects. These are 45 brand new modern residential complexes with hundreds of apartments of the highest class.
Sky Tower (Limesos)
The 23-storey residential complex with a hotel complex in Limassol is designed in accordance with the latest global trends in architecture and design. The complex includes luxury one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, penthouses and duplexes with private rooftop pools. It features swimming pools, club lounge, bar, children’s and play areas.
Eden Rock (Limesos)
Luxurious residential complex in the center of Limassol consists of eight floors. It includes hotel amenities such as an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, spa, concierge, games room, clubhouse, underground parking, large outdoor gardens, gym and playground.
Marco Polo (Limesos)
The luxury complex is located in the coastal area of Amathus. The project features carefully designed apartments, while the penthouses have spacious rooftop gardens and private pools. It is located next to the St Raphael Marina and is part of the five-star St Raphael Resort.
Matisse (Limesos)
The project consists of luxury apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, as well as penthouses with three or four bedrooms. Penthouses have private rooftop terraces with plunge pools.
Rosa Dei Venti (Limesos)
The project, located in the center of the tourist area of Limassol, consists of three blocks. Each block has 14 luxurious spacious apartments and two penthouses with private pools.
Berengaria
Keeping its traditional appearance, the historic hotel in Prodromos will be renovated and refurbished. The updated face of Veregaria will include a renovated hotel complex with a restaurant, swimming pools and a spa, as well as residential complexes (villas, chalets). Berengaria or otherwise the “hotel of the kings” was built in 1931 at an altitude of 1400 meters. Debts, disputes and financial difficulties led to its closure in the 1980s.
