With the completion of the pioneering work of the historic Beau Rivage Hotel in the Pyla area, the first phase of a new major project implemented by NCH Capital Inc., a large mixed project to revitalize the eastern side of Larnaca has been completed.
In the area where Beau Rivage was previously located, the development will include a new hotel block combined with a four-star residential complex.
The Managing Director of D. Balkania, Greece & Cyprus of NCH Capital Inc. announced the completion of the Beau Rivage construction work. Andreas Sandis, noting at the same time that this project marks the completion of the first phase of construction.
Recall that demolition work began on October 25, 2021.
New development
A new hotel block (s.b. will have 120 rooms) and a four-star residential complex ( s.b. 80 apartments), which will be built on the site where Beau Rivage was located, is one of the three pillars involved in the implementation of a total cost of about 200 million euro, the development of NCH Capital Inc, which is expected to lead to a full “rise” in the Pyla area.
In particular, in addition to the new hotel and apartments on the Beau Rivage “Floating Scapes” site, a five-star mixed tourist village will be built on a 33,000 m 2 plot of land , which is located next to the former hotel.
In addition, the TROY project, a complex of tourist resorts (Resort & Spa), which will include residential and tourist development, will be implemented.
In more detail, the proposed development on an area of 23,000 m2 will include, among other things, commercial services such as restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, swimming pools, spa and gym, and will include 280 apartments.
