
The top 50 residential property transactions in 2024 totalled €386.2 million. The top ten most expensive properties accounted for 51.7% of the total transaction value, all located in Limassol. Nicosia came in second with 17.5%, while Paphos came in third with 16.3%.

According to Pavlos Loizu , CEO of Ask Wire , 2024 has been a dynamic year for the Cyprus residential property market. The number of high-value transactions has increased by 35% compared to 2023. Limassol, Nicosia and Paphos have emerged as the market leaders, offsetting the decline in activity in Larnaca and Famagusta.
In addition, the four largest office transactions totalled €88.2 million, representing 42% of the top ten transactions, highlighting the strong demand for premium commercial real estate.
