One of the most important real estate investments in Cyprus with an Israeli flair was recently made in Limassol.
The mediation of LA Business Consultancy Ltd in the agreement for the sale of 21 apartments in the Dream Tower high-rise building in Limassol to investors from Israel was decisive.
The 27-storey tower is the result of a collaboration between HKCY Hotels Ltd and a well-known Cypriot lawyer.
Investor vote of confidence
The deal, which is one of the largest investments in the real estate sector in Cyprus in recent years, is of paramount importance as it best highlights the confidence that foreign investors continue to have in Cyprus and its economy, despite the unfavorable international economic conditions.

Luxurious residences on 27 floors
Dream Tower Residences are ideally located, just a few steps from the blue coast of Limassol, on Amathoustos Avenue. The project consists of 91 apartments on 27 floors with one, two and three bedrooms, as well as two maisonettes with four bedrooms.
PPA, the architects of the project, have established themselves as one of the leading architectural firms in Cyprus and the region as a whole. Dream Tower was designed to take up the smallest possible footprint on the beach, while the rest of the development is a rich series of hard and soft configurations, creating luxurious spaces for residents, an abundance of greenery and an unobstructed view.
“The building height is broken up by green spaces at different levels, leaving gaps in height and thus avoiding the appearance of an undesirable monolithic volume. At the same time, it offers a space for residents to socialize. The office also executed the internal architecture of the project both in the apartments and in the luxurious common areas,” he said of his earlier installation by the project’s architect Panos Panagiotou.

The complex is surrounded by luxury five-star hotels, boutiques, restaurants and cafes, and residents can take advantage of everything that Limassol has to offer, from Blue Flag sandy beaches to the vibrant city.
Owners and tenants will have access to the lobby, 24-hour concierge and security, VIP restaurant, business center, conference room and kindergarten.
