Lanitis Company Golf Public Co Ltd. has provided an update on the progress of its large-scale golf resort project . According to an official letter sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) by CEO Dimos Panayiotou , the company has successfully completed the main stages of its business plan, scheduled for 2025, and has begun a new development cycle.
By 2025, the main construction work related to the infrastructure and road network on the resort’s territory should be completed.
The major event for the district’s sports infrastructure was the official opening of a professional golf course. From October 2025, the golf course and its accompanying Club House has begun full-fledged operations, becoming a center of attraction for residents and guests.
By the end of 2025, the company had also recorded significant progress in the residential real estate sector. The project offers a wide range of properties, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, tailored to the needs of modern investors. The first residential units have already been delivered to their owners. Meanwhile, licensing procedures for new villas and apartments are advancing. Specifically, 126 apartment licenses have already been issued by 2025, and licenses for an additional 50 villas of various types are expected.
Sales dynamics and active construction confirm the high demand for properties located in this area, which was made possible by the general plan revised in 2014, which allowed for an increase in development volumes and improved the quality of the product offered.
In parallel with the construction of residential properties, the company began designing the resort’s central square. This facility will become the social heart of the resort zone and will include:
- Restaurants and gastronomic areas.
- Modern gym.
- Wellness center and spa complex.
- Retail spaces and boutiques.
Completion of the design and the start of the active phase of implementation of this stage are expected in 2026.
