Outstanding deposits reached EUR 51.3 billion in June and loans outstanding at EUR 28.7 billion, according to figures released Wednesday by the Central Bank of Cyprus, which are included in the July 2022 edition of the Monetary and Financial Statistics.
The CBC announced that total deposits in June 2022 recorded a net increase of €352.5 million compared to a net decrease of €166.9 million in May 2022. The annual growth rate was 1.7% compared to 1.9% in May 2022. It is reported by the CBC.
In addition, total loans in June 2022 recorded a net increase of €109.9 million compared to a net increase of €121 million in May 2022. The annual growth rate was 2.9% compared to 3.3% in May 2022.
