Cyview , a rapidly expanding residential real estate development and investment company , announced the launch of a major project in Nicosia , Latium. This project marks the next step in the company’s strategy to create integrated solutions combining residential, commercial, and leisure properties.
Construction will take place on a 6,186-square-meter site previously occupied by the Ginger swimming pool . According to company representatives, the project’s goal is to create a modern, multifunctional complex that will include:
- one-, two- and three -bedroom apartments,
- corporate and short-term rental zones,
- infrastructure for recreation and business events.
The project thus encompasses both residential and commercial real estate, oriented toward modern living and business standards.
The land plot is located in a zone where a development rate of 140% is permitted on half of the area and 100% on the remaining part, which gives the developer considerable freedom in design and architectural solutions.
The process of obtaining all necessary permits is currently underway. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026.
According to Cyview CEO and founder Andreas Mikhail , the project is part of the company ‘s long-term investment strategy: “The acquisition and development of this unique site in Latium is a strategic decision with long-term prospects for us. We envision a project that will combine high aesthetics, functionality, and absolute respect for the urban environment. We strive to create a space that will serve as a hub for living, leisure, and business, making a real contribution to the economy and society.”
Cyview continues to invest heavily in the Cyprus residential property market, focusing on quality, sustainability and the creation of high-value-added properties that meet the modern needs of residential, hospitality and professional activities.
