The Cyprus property market showed significant dynamics between January and September 2023. The property market remains resilient to challenges, according to Department of Land and Survey comparative sales data processed quarterly by the Estate Agents Registration Board.
During the nine months of 2023, 8,681 real estate transfer transactions were registered in Cyprus for a total amount of €1.4 billion and 9,374 sales documents for a total of €3.3 billion.
President of the Real Estate Agents Registration Board Marinos Kinaigiro stated that “the Cypriot property market is achieving remarkable performance against the backdrop of the prevailing negative environment. External demand, coupled with maintaining domestic demand at a good level, creates expectations for another positive year in the real estate sector.”
