Cypriot firm Ask Wire this week released a report detailing the value of the ten most expensive real estate deals completed in July 2023, as well as the combined value of the top 50 deals in June.
Known for its combination of real estate expertise and technological innovation, the data shows that the top fifty real estate transactions in Cyprus were completed in June, totaling €47.5 million.
In addition, the top ten deals in July totaled €20.5m , with the most expensive deal being the €3.5m land sale in Pervolia . Moreover, transactions worth more than 35 million euros were recorded in the areas of Limassol , Paphos and Larnaca .
Specifically, the top ten properties sold in Limassol generated a total of €12.6 million, the top ten properties in Larnaca generated €11.8 million and those in Paphos generated €11 million.
The Nicosia region had the cheapest sales of the top ten with €7.5 million , followed by Famagusta with €4.8 million.
Pavlos Loizu , CEO of Ask WiRE , commented on the data, stating: “There were no significant transactions recorded in July.” “However, we are seeing a revival in Larnaca , especially in the Pervolia area , where notable transactions were noted in June,” he added.
