The ten most expensive transactions reached a total of €21.9 million, with the most expensive sale being the acquisition of land for €5.6 million in Zakaki , Limassol .
According to the report, in September 2023, the fifty largest real estate transactions, ten in each district, amounted to 46.2 million euros. 55% of the value of these sales comes from 20 properties in the Limassol and Nicosia areas.
