The residential property market was the most active, with 22 transactions involving houses and six involving apartments. Land and fields were sold in 15 cases, including two development plots. Office property transactions were also significant: of the five major sales, two properties made the top 10 for the month. Their combined value, at €6.1 million, equals the top 10 transactions in the Nicosia district and exceeds the Larnaca district.
Pavlos Loizu, CEO of Ask Wire noted that September 2025 can be characterized as a relatively quiet month for the luxury real estate market. Only 15 transactions exceeded €1 million, reflecting the combined value of the top 50 sales at €46.8 million. He also emphasized the importance of concentrating transactions in Limassol, where four of the top five transactions reflect the city’s new development model of recent years.
