After the impressive “360 Nicosia “, the tallest building in the capital, located on Makariou Avenue , as well as the ” Stasikratous” complex Residences ” on Stasikratous Street , which will be the second tallest building in the city, two more high-rise buildings are under construction in the center of Nicosia.
Downtown Residences
One of them is Downtown Residences is a new innovative building that will be built on Stasikratous Street.
The refined form of this impressively sized building is expected to blend harmoniously with Nicosia’s architectural heritage.
The new building, 81 meters high, will have 20 floors with 34 luxury two and three bedroom apartments.
The high-rise also contains two shops and three basements.
King’s Gardens
King’s The Gardens is an elegant multi-storey building in the center of Nicosia with an inspiring design that exudes architectural character with a particular focus on practical and functional details.
Reaching a height of 104 meters, King’s The Gardens will consist of 27 levels, including 24 floors of luxury apartments, as well as three underground car parks.
The 142 one, two and three bedroom apartments feature a distinct aesthetic. In addition, on the ground floor there will be two premises that are ideal for shops, restaurants, cafes or bars.
The building will be built on Vasileos Pavlou Street in Nicosia.
