Several new Cybarco projects are under development in various areas of Cyprus, some of which are expected to be commissioned during 2023. Among them Attikis Residences , which marks the dynamic return of the company to the capital.
However, due to high demand, especially for residential buildings in Limassol , Cybarco will soon announce the launch of two new projects: Thalassa Residences in the historic city center, just 150 meters from the pier and Seaview Heights in Germasogeia overlooking the city and the sea.
The following are the major Cybarco projects that are currently underway:
Trilogy Limassol seafront
of the Trilogy is nearing completion Limassol Seafront , construction is ongoing on a third (northern) tower as well as a 7,500 sq. m, which will include swimming pools, a pool bar, a playground and landscaped gardens.
The project, located on the coast of Limassol , includes a total of three towers and a public square.
Attikis Residence
Attikis Residences marks Cybarco’s dynamic return to the capital market. This is a residential complex in Platis Aglantzias . In particular, Attikis Residences consists of two buildings with 22 luxurious two and three bedroom apartments.
It is noted that construction work will begin in the near future, and 90% of the apartments have already been sold.
Akamas Bay villas
In Latsi , near the Akamas peninsula, the Akamas residential project is being prepared for implementation Bay villas .
The second stage of the project has already been completed, there are only four villas left, two of which are ready for delivery.
