2023 is also projected to be an extremely active yet important year for Cybarco as the new year sees the completion of major projects currently on the way for the company as well as new developments.
Michalis Chazipanagiotu praised Cybarco for 2023 as a very important year for Cybarco . Of particular importance is the Attikis project Residences , which will begin construction in 2023 as it marks Cybarco ‘s dynamic return to the metropolitan market.
The project is in great demand, 70% of the apartments have already been sold . It enjoys a prime location in Aglancia , behind the Melkonian Institute, and offers ultra-luxury and spacious apartments with large terraces and private parking spaces.
Below are the projects that Cybarco plans to implement and which will be completed during 2023, as well as new projects planned for the new year.
Trilogy
The first phase of the Trilogy project , adorning the coast of Limassol , is due to be commissioned in 2023. The first phase includes two front towers, the West and East towers, as well as a public area of 6,850 sq.m.
In addition, during 2023, the construction of the third (northern) building will continue, in which only 25 apartments remain for sale.
