The countdown to the opening of the largest park in Cyprus has begun.
According to a social media post by Leptos Estates, in just a few weeks the public will be able to visit and enjoy the long-awaited “Colored Park” located in Paphos.
Specifically, it is located on Ellados Avenue and covers a huge part of the city’s central fabric and mall streets towards the Muttalou area.
This is a project of the Municipality of Paphos with a total cost of 2.4 million euros.
The area of the park reaches 32,000 sq.m. and this concerns the “green” project, as hundreds of trees have been planted.
At the same time, the Park has a “rich” infrastructure, as it includes:
Gathering area
playground
Cafe
Tennis court
basketball court
small football field
Luggage storage
Skateboard area
Climbing wall 3-6 m.
Management and Information Office
Open exhibition area
Fragrant Botanical Garden
83 parking spaces for the public and the disabled
Service areas
Central route
Entrance gate.
It is worth noting that this Park has repeatedly received architectural awards.
