Corallian Holdings Ltd has announced the construction of a new residential complex of 15 houses with swimming pools and a biological treatment plant in the area of Peyia, Paphos. The project has received approval from the Department of the Environment.
The project includes the construction and operation of a residential complex 350 meters from the popular Coral Bay beach. The total cost of the project is estimated at 5 million euros. The plot of 8,343 sq. m will be reduced to 6,638 sq. m after redevelopment. The development will occupy 1,763 sq. m, and the total area of buildings will be 2,061 sq. m.
Architectural and environmental characteristics:
- Biological treatment plant with a capacity of 10 m³ per day.
- The houses will be equipped with photovoltaic panels on the roofs.
- The complex’s territory includes a private road, sidewalks and public areas.

- 7 three bedroom houses.
- 2 houses with 4 bedrooms.
- 6 two bedroom houses.
Each house will have:
- Two floors (some with a basement).
- Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room.
- Private pool, garden and covered parking.
Infrastructure of the complex
In addition to residential real estate, the residential complex will have:
- Private road with a length of 1,263 sq. m.
- Three public parking spaces, one of which is designated for parking of cars of people with disabilities.
- “Green zone” with an area of 1,171 sq. m in the northwest of the site.
- Public sidewalks are 1.5 meters wide.
