International investment holding Consulco , with offices in London, Dubai, Nicosia and Limassol, has announced the expansion of its real estate activities. New projects are being implemented in Athens, in the center of Nicosia and in the Latsi-Geri area, covering both residential and commercial properties, as well as land for development.
According to Consulco CEO Marios Hadziroussos , the company ‘s strategy is to make targeted and deliberate investments in consistently in-demand market segments , particularly among local buyers.
Luxury apartments in Athens
In the prestigious Kolonaki area of Athens, Consulco is building four boutique apartments on Valaoriou Street, one of the most famous pedestrian avenues in the Greek capital. Completion is expected by the end of July 2025 .
The one and two bedroom apartments start from €550,000 and are attractive investment properties for both permanent residence and short-term rental income. Thanks to the timely obtained licenses, the property is not subject to recent rental restrictions.
According to Maria Zandou , Head of Real Estate and Administration CY&GR at Consulco, Kolonaki continues to be a popular area for buyers from Greece, Cyprus and abroad.
Commercial property in the center of Nicosia
In the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, Consulco continues to strengthen its position in the office real estate sector. The latest project involves the renovation of a historic stone building opposite the Supreme Court. The area of the property is 1,700 m² , and the monthly rental rate is €24,000 .
The building was previously given the status of architecturally significant , which allowed it to apply for state grants and urban development benefits . The restored office space is ideal for the headquarters of local and international companies.
Development of residential areas in the Geri area
Consulco is implementing a project to develop 60 hectares of residential land in the Latsi-Geri area , a suburb of Nicosia. Part of the land is already divided into 25 individual plots , each with its own title deed and ready for sale.
The project is aimed at families and buyers looking for affordable residential properties outside of dense urban development , but with good transport accessibility. The area provides quick connections to the rest of the island and stable growth in investment value.
Prices for plots start from €130,000 + VAT , depending on the area and location within the project.
