Panikkos Livadiotis Group announces the start of construction of a new project “RIA COURT 85”.
This is a four-story building that will be located in the very center of Drosia ( Marias Street Pieridou , 42), will consist of a total of sixteen apartments, four apartments per floor. The project will consist of two 2-bedroom apartments and two 1-bedroom apartments on each floor. It is noteworthy that the two-bedroom apartments on the top floor have exclusive rights to use the “roof garden” and offer panoramic views of the city. All apartments are sold with a storage room and parking space.
The RIA COURT 85 project has been designed and studied by professional architects, engineers and decorators with many years of experience in the field and is scheduled for completion around the end of 2025.
