A spectacular unveiling of Cavalli Tower at Limassol Blu Marine, the first European residential development under the Roberto Cavalli brand, took place in Limassol. The event, which took place on the evening of October 23, 2025, marked a significant milestone for the Cypriot luxury real estate market and attracted representatives from business, politics, design, and journalism.
The presentation was accompanied by an official groundbreaking ceremony for the Cavalli Tower, symbolizing the start of construction of this large-scale architectural project. The event brought together guests in the heart of Limassol’s seaside district, serving as a striking example of the combination of modern luxury development and Mediterranean lifestyle.
The evening was themed around sea, sand, and light, capturing the atmosphere of the Limassol Blu Marine resort. Lighting effects, music and dance performances, and visual solutions highlighted the blend of Italian designer luxury with the natural beauty of the coast.
Leptos Group Co-Chairman Pantelis Leptos noted that the Cavalli Tower is a symbol of trust in Cyprus and a confirmation of the country’s status as Europe’s new Riviera. He stated that the project reflects the harmony between Italian design and Mediterranean architecture, creating a benchmark for future generations.
Minister Constantinos Ioannou emphasized that the construction of the Cavalli Tower confirms the high level of international confidence in Cyprus’s development. He noted that the project promotes an innovative approach to urban development and contributes to improving the quality of life in the area.
Limassol Mayor Yiannis Armevtis highlighted the strategic importance of the project, which will help upgrade the coastal pedestrian and cycling route along Aktais Odou.
John Dawes, a representative of the architectural firm Benoy Architects, emphasized that Cavalli Tower combines fashion, architecture, and a special lifestyle.
New standards for premium residential real estate
Cavalli Tower is the final stage of the Limassol Blu Marine complex, the flagship project of the Leptos Group . The estimated construction cost is €200 million . The tower redefines luxury living, combining elements of Italian design with the achievements of Mediterranean architecture.
Each residence in the building is crafted using premium materials, boasts panoramic sea views, and provides owners with access to exclusive services.
