There are very few available apartments left in Caste Residences, a development that has been called the “diamond” of Limassol Marina.
In the “castle” of Limassol Marina, located on the island, there are only 61 apartments, of which 11, according to the Limassol Marina website, are looking for a buyer. These are apartments from two to four bedrooms and from 143 sq.m. up to 328 sq.m.
All Castle Residences are surrounded by the sea and offer unobstructed and panoramic views of the sea, the marina and the city of Limassol and are only accessible via a private bridge.
According to Limassol Marina’s social media post, there are very few apartments available, and interested buyers can book a visit and private viewing.
Limassol Marina General Manager Nikiforos Pambakas called the project one of the most exemplary projects in all of Cyprus.
Regarding the profile of the owners so far, Mr. Pambakas said they have come from over 48 countries, including Cypriots.
The greatest interest, he clarified, comes from Northern Europe, the UK, Russia, Ukraine and, more recently, the Middle and Far East, while the nationalities of those who want to buy property for investment purposes vary greatly.
It is worth noting that, in general, Marina Limassol residential complexes are the only development project that offers “life on the sea” in ready-to-let apartments and villas.
