The KEAN project is more than just a residential property or office center; it’s a new landmark on the Limassol coastline. The project’s price has not been disclosed, but market participants estimate that the project could be among the city’s largest investments in the coming years.
The project’s location on the historic site of the KEAN factory, known to Cypriots since the mid-20th century, lends particular significance to the project. The relocation of production to the industrial zone is already planned, allowing for the harmonious integration of the old site into the modern urban landscape.
