Marina Ayia Napa, the iconic and award-winning mixed-use complex, has officially started renting luxury villas, and Beach Villa 6 has already been handed over to its owner. This important milestone marks the gradual completion and handover of the villas, once again proving the reliability and excellent know-how of Ayia Napa Marine.
Part of a total of 11 fully self-contained beach villas, the spectacular Beach Villa 6, located on the west side of the development, features one spacious living room, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, verandas and a roof terrace overlooking the endless blue and award-winning beach of Agia Thekla marked with a blue flag.
Through the design and architecture of the villa, the concept of living by the sea is embodied in the combination of modern luxury and exquisite materials with the natural environment of a charming crescent-shaped beach. Soft colors and natural materials have been used for its construction, which balance modern design and a warm environment.
Exterior Beach Villa 6 is designed to offer residents a truly private and contemporary setting with lush gardens and a swimming pool. In addition, the technological features of the villa increase the standard of living, as tenants can fully remotely control the villa through a special mobile application. At the same time, with the delivery of each house, the owner receives a “Resident Kit”, which includes the necessary documents in digital format, keys, controls and an Ipad.
