A jewel and a few firsts in the Mediterranean, Ayia Napa Marina is characterized by the first owners of the unique rotating East Tower enjoying the quality and luxury of the space and the entire project since the beginning of September.

He thanked those who worked and are working on this project. “Today is a very emotional day for us. We saw people going into their houses. I am very pleased with the work we have done,” he emphasized. He also added that the official opening of the East Tower is expected next spring.
Mr. Karamontanis thanked the main shareholders of the project, Naguib Sawiris and the Karamontanis family , as well as ORA Developers .
Subsequently director and partner of JA Philippou , Dr. Pavlos Philippou briefly mentioned the technical characteristics of the project, mainly from an architectural point of view. Mr Philippou praised the quality and high standards of the project.
In conclusion, Yiannis Antoniou , Sales Manager at MMMakronisos Marina , spoke about the success of the project and the goals set by the company.
“We have been working on the implementation of the project for many years. Our mission was clear – to make Marina Ayia Napa is the leader for yachts in the Mediterranean and the first choice for renters, boat owners and visitors,” he said.
Mr. Antonio noted that the project attracted many foreigners who were impressed by its scale. “Our main goal at Marina Ayia Napa is about offering not only real estate, but also an experience,” he emphasized, pointing out that its design is such that it creates a pleasant experience.
Mr. Antoniou said residents have begun moving into apartments. “They come for 2-3 days and end up staying for 10 days. There are people who stayed there for more than a month. And the reason is that the whole experience is fun. Both from the point of view of construction and from the point of view of services.”
The East Tower consists of 95 apartments on 26 floors. These are spacious and luxurious apartments and penthouses with one to four bedrooms on the top two floors, offering 360 degree panoramic views.
Each floor has 5, 4 or 1 apartment, depending on the layout. There are 10 types of different apartments, and they are all unique: either the internal layout distinguishes one apartment from another, or its slope is different.
Apartment owners
Apartment owners come from 34 countries from all continents, creating a multinational environment, which was one of the goals of the project.
Mr. Antoniou also emphasized that the Cypriots supported the project “not only because of the design and beautiful environment, but also because we presented an innovative product with the right price and the necessary services.”
Tenants have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of exclusive services throughout the tower. In particular, the 3rd floor has an infinity pool, cabanas and an open-air bar overlooking the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
