A new tower designed for a business center has appeared in Limassol . This is Avalanti Tower , designed to provide quality office space.
It should be noted that at the same time, green areas and a public garden will be created, as well as various other amenities, such as gastronomic areas. Office premises will occupy 3,960 sq.m. on nine floors. A three-level underground parking will also be created.
According to the schedule, construction work will begin in the first quarter of 2024, with a building permit already received.
