Ask Wire, a company that combines real estate expertise with technology, has compiled and published data on the 10 most expensive real estate transactions completed in March 2024, as well as the total value of the 10 most expensive sales by province.
The ten most expensive property sales in Cyprus amounted to €48.1 million, with the most expensive sale being an office complex on the Germasogeia River in Limassol worth €28 million.
Limassol accounted for four of the top ten sales, with two sales each in Nicosia, Larnaca and Paphos. The value of these transactions in Limassol amounted to 36.1 million euros, in Larnaca – 3.7 million euros.
The total value of the 50 largest transactions, ten for each province, was more than 78 million euros in February. 55.1% of the value of these sales came from 10 properties in the Limassol area , totaling €43 million . The ten most expensive properties in the Paphos area were sold for 10.6 million euros, ten in Nicosia. for 10.3 million euros and Larnaca for 8.7 million euros. Those with the lowest price (5.3 million euros) were the ten most expensive properties sold in March in the Famagusta area .
