Five new projects of the original architecture of the Armeftis Partners office have been completed and are being handed over to their owners. Buildings located in Limassol are characterized by high aesthetics and special characteristics, keeping functionality at the heart of their design.
The first three projects focus on modern office spaces, designed to take into account the surrounding urban fabric while emphasizing its distinctive features. In particular, the MGO Offices building stands out for its dynamic approach, with movement and playfulness of the façade that are easy to spot for city dwellers.
At the same time, Tryfonos Offices, a five-storey office building located on Spirou Kyprianou Street, impresses the passer-by driver with its dynamic façade.
Finally, the Semeli building, located in the area of courtyards, stands out for its compositional principle, which repeats the shape of the plot. In many parts, the use of visible concrete has been chosen, while the angled panels stand out and serve as a transitional element between the interior of the building and the public street, protecting the interior from the western sun.
Two other residential projects have been designed with the comfort and quality of life of their residents in mind. In particular, the Highpoint Residences project is a combination of two apartment buildings operating separately.
The buildings are oriented towards the coast of Limassol, overlooking the sea and the city center. Project “Arsinois” is an apartment building with duplex apartments and a duplex apartment with a roof garden. Views from the vertical gardens offer owners privacy while enhancing the green aspect of the city’s wider image.
In his statements, the founder of the architectural bureau, Yannis Armeutis, noted:
“The completion of these five projects fills us with satisfaction, as it confirms the confidence of the market and the local community in Armeftis Partners. The specific design of each project and the emphasis on detail confirm the transition to buildings that focus on the needs of tenants for quality and pleasant use, both for professional and residential purposes. I would even like to note the importance that the customers themselves now attach to the design of buildings so that their projects are the hallmark of the area where they are being built.”
