With two new residential towers 67.7 meters high and 20 floors in total, which will also include dining areas, a swimming pool, a gym and a spa, Larnaca’s beachfront will be enriched by a project called “AQUA Residences “. According to the study, the estimated cost of the proposed project is approximately 40 million euros.

Residences will be built by the owner SOLVIN LTD is located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Larnaca and falls within the boundaries of the Larnaca Local Plan. In particular, it adjoins the Larnaca-Dhekelia (B3) road from the north at the point where the roundabout is located.

It is noted that in parallel with the study presented for the proposed AQUA Residences project, a corresponding study was prepared to enrich the beach in the area of the study site. The embankment will be an extensive public linear park that will run along the entire embankment of the District Planning District.

In the part of the block that is inside the sea, extensive sand deposition will occur in order to “restore” the eroded beach. The length of the enriched front is about 120 meters, and the maximum width is about 50 meters.

Residences include above ground, with a height of ~67.7 meters and a total area of 27,224 sq.m.

The two buildings will include:

  1. Residential apartments (total 114).
  2. Gym and spa.
  3. Dining areas.
  4. Outdoor swimming pool.
  5. Landscaped areas.
  6. Parking spaces for vehicles.
  7. Roof garden.

It is specified that AQUA Residences will include a total of 114 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms.

The ground floor, mezzanine and parking levels will be single and shared between the two buildings. Also, the proposed project will include two underground rooms (one level) in the western part of the building block, where electromechanical equipment will be installed.

At the same time, an entrance to the development (10 m wide) will be created in the southern zone, as well as a small roundabout for turning vehicles within the development and a parking zone.

The construction work is expected to start with the issuance of the necessary permits and will last approximately 2 years (24 months).
