Pavlos Loizou , CEO of Ask Wire , highlighted the predominance of residential real estate in the luxury real estate market. “If we look at the 10 most expensive transactions throughout Cyprus in April, we see that 6 of them are residential real estate – 4 houses and 2 apartments. In addition, the most expensive transactions in each area, with the exception of Nicosia, are also concluded for the sale of residential properties,” explained Loizou . “This trend is even more pronounced among the 50 most expensive transactions – 10 per area – of which 38 are residential properties,” he added. “In particular, 29 houses were sold for a total of €19.1 million, and 10 apartments were sold for €6.1 million. Overall, Limassol continues to lead in sales of expensive real estate,” concluded Loizou .
