Altia, the fastest growing property company in Cyprus, has unveiled its first steps into the Cyprus market. The event took place on the evening of Wednesday, February 22, at the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia.

The company’s marketing manager, Konstantinos Stylianou, said that more than 1,500 properties will be available on the Cyprus market in the coming months. At the same time, the head of the company’s sales department, Kritonas Onisiforou, noted that Altia was created to manage one of the largest real estate portfolios in Cyprus.

For her part, Natalie Firman, head of the company’s real estate department, emphasized that the Altia platform inspires confidence due to the way it provides information to potential buyers.

It is noted that each potential buyer has the opportunity to see, among other things, drone photos, as well as digital floor plans and virtual tours of the facilities.

Altia is based in Nicosia and also has offices in Limassol, Paphos and Larnaca. As for the value of real estate, Nicosia has 40%, Limassol and Paphos – the remaining 40%, and Larnaca and free Famagusta – 20% of the cost.
