First summer open day organized by Altamira Real Estate , took place on June 14 and 15, 2024 at the Majestic tourist complex Gardens in Tersefana .
Despite the high temperature, more than 300 interested parties attended the event, and the 44 apartments put up for sale by the company were immediately sold out.
The public supported the new Altamira initiative Real Estate : The company revised its original plan to offer 20 apartments and eventually offered 44 apartments to buyers, which were immediately sold out.
Altamira Real The Estate is already preparing for the public the next Open Day, which is expected to take place after the summer holidays in the new beach tourist complex with ready-to-let apartments at low prices.
It is noted that due to great public interest, the Altamira sales department Real Estate informed those who came and did not manage to get the desired apartment that they will be given priority at the company’s next Open Day.
During the two-day event Altamira Real Estate apartments were put up for immediate sale by booking, and successful buyers were considered to be legal entities or individuals who accepted the advertised sale price and paid the amount of EUR 5,000 as an advance payment by bank cheque.
